Board-Certified in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Jordan Teitelbaum was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, and he is excited and grateful to actively serve his community.

In the office and in the operating room, Dr. Teitelbaum is enthusiastic about treating others with warmth and compassion, taking the time to ensure patient comfort and education, performing minimally invasive approaches, and building relationships to enhance care. He views the practice of medicine as a partnership between patient and doctor – where trust, thoughtfulness and listening are essential. Dr. Teitelbaum is also an author, poet, educator and researcher. He has presented and published at multiple international meetings and stays active in professional societies. He was one of the youngest inductees ever as a Fellow in the American Rhinologic Society.

Dr. Teitelbaum roots for the Bears, Bulls, Michigan football and Duke basketball. He also enjoys theatre and musicals, reading, exercise, skiing, hiking, TV, movies, and spending time with his wonderful wife, two daughters and son.

Dr. Teitelbaum treats both adults and children in all aspects of ENT with a dedicated focus on conditions that affect the nose and sinuses as well as the anterior skull base. He also has an interest in treating hearing loss, frequent ear or tonsil infections, voice, swallowing, reflux issues, and thyroid and salivary gland conditions.

He is on staff at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Advocate Children’s Hospital, Golf Surgical Center, and Hawthorn Surgical Center.
